Early Days
Aquila was founded in 1998 by Richard & Alison Moore, both of whom had considerable
experience at corporate level working respectively for IBM Research and Lockheed
Martin (UK). Seeing an opportunity to bring corporate quality ICT systems within
reach of small to medium sized businesses, they seized the moment and a new IT company
was born.
A Committed Team of Qualified Computer Professionals
The team at Aquila are qualified to a variety of levels, from Microsoft
Certified Professional (MCP) up to Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE)
and Degree level. All are members of the British Computer Society (BCS) and are
fully committed to the BCS
code of conduct.
We place great emphasis on the continual development of our staff, and all are
actively encouraged to further their knowledge via formal study and
qualification.
Our most valued team of IT professionals form the heart of Aquila, and all share
a common desire and drive to excel at what they do.
