A routine maintenance plan from Aquila means that many hardware, and
indeed software problems can be diagnosed in advance of their
occurrence. This allows you to decide when to attend to a problem, in
other words you decide when downtime occurs.
How It Works...
When you sign up for an Aquila maintenance plan, a qualified Aquila
IT systems engineer will visit your premises according to a
pre-arranged schedule.
Your computer systems will be checked and maintained according to
our own rigorous procedures, ensuring that your computers are
operating at the peak of efficiency and security.
Any minor faults that our engineer discovers will be rectified as
part of the plan. If any more serious problems are discovered you
will be given a full report and we will be able to schedule a
support visit to fix the problem.
How Often Should Planned Maintenance be Carried Out?
We recommend that planned maintenance should be carried out monthly
for each server & PC in your organisation. On average it will take
45 minutes to maintain a single PC or server, therefore a company
with 10 computers would qualify for approximately 1 day per month of
engineer attendance included in the price of the plan.
For larger networks (20 users or more) we recommend that your
maintenance plan be carried out over two visits or more equally
spaced throughout the month.
What Will an Aquila Maintenance Plan Cost?
The cost of a maintenance plan is entirely dependant on the number
of computers in your organisation. We use a fairly sophisticated
formula to derive our pricing but, as a rough guide, a small business
with 1 server and 4 PCs could be fully maintained for £120.00 + VAT
per month*.
